BAII is a gender-neutral brand that fulfills my desire to create and transcend my inner style, inspirations, and emotions through art. BAII is a feeling.

BAII was born as a personal project, I always felt the necessity to express myself through art and fashion. At the age of 19 I discovered that there was no specific brand that could describe what I felt, therefore I started creating a unique style for myself and shared some of my designs with my friends and later on with more peopole. <3

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the order receiving date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging (please cover the box), and mail it.
Please note, you should e-mail notifying the return. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We can also organise the return for you, just email us at info@baiihats.com

Once we receive the order you will be emailed your store credit coupon.

Unfortunately we won’t be able to refund the shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
